Module 1: Personal Branding through Body Language
What we cover:
- The basics: how you walk in, how you sit when you’re tired, what you do with your hands when you’re nervous.
- People notice weird little things—like if you fidget with your sleeve or always look at the floor.
- If your words and your body don’t match, people trust your body.
- Confidence isn’t about puffing up; it’s more about not shrinking away.
- This stuff only sticks if you practice it when nobody’s watching.
Outcome: You’ll notice old habits and start making better choices.
Activity: Film yourself walking in and sitting, then redo it with better posture. Watch both with a friend.
Module 2: Non-Verbal Communication in Relationships
What we cover:
- Sometimes a smile is just a smile, sometimes it’s not—how to tell the difference.
- If someone leans away or crosses their arms, that’s a hint.
- Eye contact: too much is weird, too little feels cold.
- You can show you’re listening just by how you sit or nod, even if you don’t say much.
- If things get tense, back off a bit and slow down.
Outcome: You’ll read the room better and avoid missteps.
Activity: Act out a misread signal with a partner, then discuss what tipped you off.
