Module 1: Personal Branding through Body Language

What we cover:

  • The basics: how you walk in, how you sit when you’re tired, what you do with your hands when you’re nervous.
  • People notice weird little things—like if you fidget with your sleeve or always look at the floor.
  • If your words and your body don’t match, people trust your body.
  • Confidence isn’t about puffing up; it’s more about not shrinking away.
  • This stuff only sticks if you practice it when nobody’s watching.

Outcome: You’ll notice old habits and start making better choices.
Activity: Film yourself walking in and sitting, then redo it with better posture. Watch both with a friend.

Module 2: Non-Verbal Communication in Relationships

What we cover:

  • Sometimes a smile is just a smile, sometimes it’s not—how to tell the difference.
  • If someone leans away or crosses their arms, that’s a hint.
  • Eye contact: too much is weird, too little feels cold.
  • You can show you’re listening just by how you sit or nod, even if you don’t say much.
  • If things get tense, back off a bit and slow down.

Outcome: You’ll read the room better and avoid missteps.
Activity: Act out a misread signal with a partner, then discuss what tipped you off.

Module 3: Leadership Presence & Authority Projection

What we cover:

  • Standing tall vs. slouching—people notice, even if they don’t say anything.
  • Sometimes just pausing and not fidgeting makes you look more in control.
  • Walking into a meeting like you belong there (even if you’re nervous).
  • Holding someone’s gaze for a second longer than usual.
  • Sitting at the head of the table vs. the side—try both, see how it feels.

Outcome: You’ll spot when you’re shrinking or taking space and adjust as needed.
Activity: Do a short welcome speech, then mediate a mock argument. Get feedback on your body language.

Module 4: Public Performance Non-Verbal Skills

What we cover:

  • Everyone gets nervous—figure out what you do when you’re anxious (tap your foot, wring your hands, etc.).
  • Walk on stage, stop, and just breathe for a second before you start.
  • Your face tells the story, even if you mess up the words.
  • End with a gesture or just stand still—don’t rush off.
  • In a group, notice who’s taking up space and who’s fading into the background.

Outcome: You’ll feel more comfortable on stage and know how to use your hands.
Activity: Give a two-minute talk with planned gestures. Get honest feedback.

Module 5: Cross-Cultural & Digital Non-Verbal Decoding

What we cover:

  • A thumbs up isn’t always a good thing everywhere.
  • Some people stand closer, some farther—don’t assume it’s rude.
  • Emojis can be misread, and tone gets lost online.
  • Watch out for crossed arms or no camera in a Zoom call—could mean a lot, could mean nothing.
  • Try to read the “vibe” in a group chat or meeting, not just the words.

Outcome: You’ll be better at picking up on different non-verbal cues.
Activity: Watch short clips from other cultures or online meetings. Guess the meaning, then compare notes.

Module 6: Silent Persuasion & Advanced Storytelling

What we cover:

  • Sometimes you can sell an idea just by how you stand or move.
  • Try telling a story with no words—just your face and hands.
  • Use pauses and stillness to make people pay attention.
  • Where you stand in a room changes how people see you.
  • Practice telling a story or making a pitch without talking.

Outcome: You’ll be able to get your point across even if you lose your voice.
Activity: Do a silent “pitch” or story for the group. Ask what they picked up—see if it matched what you meant.
