Module 1: Expressing Feelings with the Body
What we cover:
- Showing happy, sad, angry, or surprised with your face and gestures
- Acting out calm vs. excited energy
- Expressing emotions without saying a word
- Freezing in a pose to capture a feeling
- Telling a group story using only emotions
Outcome: You’ll be able to use your face and body to show how you feel, even without talking.
Activity: Play “Emotion Mirror”—one person shows a feeling, the other copies it without words.
Module 2: Social Space and Body Boundaries
What we cover:
- Noticing how much space people need around them
- Telling the difference between safe and unsafe touch (in simple terms)
- Moving around in groups without bumping into others
- Navigating shared spaces politely
- Spotting when someone looks uncomfortable
Outcome: You’ll understand and respect personal space, wherever you are.
Activity: Try the “Body Bubble Walk”—move around the room as the rules for personal space change.
